On January 01, 2012 the Federal Law dated October 19, 2011 № 275-FZ “About ratification of Agreement between the Government of Russian Federation and the Republic of Korea on temporary employment of citizens of one state in the territory of another state” has come into force .

January 1, 2012 the Federal Law of 03.12.2011 № 379-FZ «On amending of certain legislative Acts of the Russian Federation on insurance rate-contributions to state off-budget funds» has come into force.

January 01, 2012  the Federal Law dated 11.07.2011 № 186-FZ "On ratification of Agreement on the legal status of migrant workers and members of their families" has entered into force.

On October 7, 2011 Order of the Federal Migration Service (FMS Russia) dated August 15, 2011 № 319 “About making changes to the notification form of the arrival of a foreign citizen or stateless person to the place of stay, approved by order of the Russian Federal Migration Service from  September 23, 2010 № 287 was published.

On July 18, 2011 the Federal Law № 115 dated July 25, 2002 “About the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation” was amended.
